About

AI agents for the workflows nobody has time for.

Every business that depends on fast follow-up has the same three problems. Leads arrive after hours and sit until morning. The morning queue is bigger than any rep can call well. And the customer base is full of signals nobody has time to read manually — upgrade windows, renewal dates, recurring issues that mean someone’s ready for the next purchase.

Vexara AI exists to close those three gaps. We’re not trying to replace the CRM or scheduling stack your team already uses. We’re building the automation layer that sits on top of them — catching leads your reps can’t, scoring the backlog so the right calls happen first, mining your customer data for cross-sell signals nobody’s looking at.

Our principle

The AI should speak as your business, not as itself. Every prospect who interacts with Vexara is interacting with your brand, your voice, your salesperson. We’re invisible infrastructure, not a third-party call center. Customers never hear “Vexara” — they hear your business name.

Why we started with auto dealerships

Dealerships were our first wedge, because they live the problem most acutely. Forty percent of dealership leads arrive after hours. A single missed sale is $2,400 of gross profit. The CRM infrastructure (VinSolutions, DealerSocket, Elead) is mature and well-documented. And ISMs are under constant pressure to hit morning quotas with backlogs they can’t physically work through.

We built the entire Vexara stack end-to-end against that use case first. Now that it’s solid, we’re extending the same pattern into home services, real estate, and aesthetic practices — verticals where the after-hours / morning-prioritization / cross-sell pattern maps almost one-to-one.

How we think about building

  • Layer, don’t replace. Your existing system is fine. Your workflows are fine. We add capability; we don’t force migrations.
  • Write-back is table stakes. If Vexara does something, your CRM should show it was done — as if your rep did it. No separate dashboards for your team to ignore.
  • Never fake availability. If the product isn’t available, Vexara says so. A promised thing that turns out to be gone destroys the trust we’re here to build.
  • Measure honestly. When we publish results, they’re measured, not marketing.
